KEY's strong net interest income growth, driven by commercial loan expansion and favorable deposit mix changes, as well as higher fee earnings boosted the bank's results. Fee businesses, especially investment banking and trust services, posted double-digit growth, supporting diversified earnings momentum. Trading at 1.36X P/B, shares of the regional bank are priced 21% above its historical price-to-book ratio.
