STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) (“Kish” or the “Company”), parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that Tina M. Collins has been promoted to interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer from SVP, Accounting and Controls Director following the commencement of Mark J. Cvrkel’s phased retirement. Cvrkel, who has served as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and CFO of the Company and the Bank since 2016, will continue with the Company in a part-time role as Strategic Advisor to the CFO. In this capacity, he will support the transition process and contribute to key financial initiatives, including capital planning, balance sheet management, and interest rate strategy.“We are extremely grateful for Mark’s many contributions to Kish,” stated Gregory T.
