STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) (“Kish” or the “Company”), parent company of Kish Bank, reported net income of $5.5 million, or $1.84 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, reflecting a 7.2% increase compared to $5.2 million, or $1.72 per share, for the third quarter of 2025, and a 34.1% increase compared to $4.1 million, or $1.39 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Results for the fourth quarter of 2025 included a $393 thousand provision for credit losses, compared to a $781 thousand provision expense in the third quarter of 2025, and a $142 thousand negative provision expense in the fourth quarter of 2024.For the year ended December 31, 2025, net income increased 24.8% to $18.1 million, or $6.25 per share, compared to $14.5 million, or $5.13 per share, in 2024.
