A deal could be announced as soon as the coming days, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. While the discussions are advanced, details including timing may change or the talks could end without an agreement, the people added. A representative for Hg declined to comment. A spokesperson for OneStream didn't immediately respond to requests for comment. Shares of OneStream, which have sunk 35% in the past year, rose 3.8% in New York trading Monday, giving the Birmingham, Michigan-based company a market value of $4.5 billion. The stock jumped as much as 15% in premarket trading on Tuesday. OneStream and shareholders such as KKR & Co. raised $563.5 million including overallotment shares in an initial public offering in 2024.
