after the company announced an expanded portfolio of memory-focused solutions and launched a new power assembly system to address high-growth markets like Artificial Intelligence and renewable energy. The expanded memory portfolio included the ProMEM suite, which could enable up to 20% higher throughput for memory assembly required by AI-driven workloads. Based on these new solutions, the company stated it expected its thermo-compression bonding business to grow by approximately 70% sequentially in fiscal 2026. Separately, Kulicke and Soffa also launched the ASTERION™-TW, a new ultrasonic terminal welding system. This product was designed to support the manufacturing of next-generation power modules for demanding applications in the renewable energy, transportation, and data center markets.
