NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of KMG Chemicals, Inc. (“KMG”) (NYSE: KMG) to Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (“Cabot”) (NasdaqGS: CCMP). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of KMG will receive only $55.65 in cash and 0.20 shares of Cabot for each share of KMG that they own.
