Subsequent to quarter-end, the partnership authorized a $10 million common unit repurchase program and acquired another shuttle tanker from parent Knutsen NYK. With market participants having placed their bets on a near-term distribution increase, the common unit price has rallied to new recovery highs in recent months. However, the company is not looking to share its cash flows with common unitholders beyond current, subdued levels anytime soon. While the partnership's ongoing focus on fleet expansion might be considered disappointing, the shuttle tanker market has continued to strengthen. As a result, I am reiterating my "Hold" rating on KNOT Offshore Partners' common units.
