The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, May 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of market close on Friday, April 24, 2026.Kinetik will host its first quarter 2026 results conference call on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 8:00 am Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time). The Company will issue its earnings release after market close on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
