DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE/LSE: KOS) (“Kosmos” or the "Company"), announced today that it has priced a private offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.125% convertible senior notes due 2030 (the "notes"), which represents a $50 million increase in principal amount from the previously announced offering size. The Company also granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $50 million aggregate principal amount of notes, for settlement within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the notes are first issued. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.The notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of the Company. The notes will rank pari passu with the Company’s existing senior notes and the Company’s revolving credit facility. The notes will be guaranteed (i) on a senior, unsecured basis by certain of the Company’s existing subsidiaries that
