Keppel Corporation: Improving Return On Equity Is Key To The Stock's Re-Rating Summary The Offshore & Marine business is showing signs of recovery with its recent new order wins momentum and the increase in new headcount. The Property business exhibited strong sales momentum and has a significant order backlog equivalent to two years of segment revenue. Improving ROE is key to the stock's re-rating, I have a three-year target price of S$7.95 pegged to 1.3 times P/B.
