It gives shoppers access to nearly 2,700 stores across the Kroger Family of Companies. As part of the launch, Kroger banners are now integrated across Uber Eats, Uber and Postmates. Customers can order fresh food, Kroger's Our Brands products and household essentials for immediate fulfilment or scheduled delivery later the same day. Kroger digital experience and e-commerce group vice-president Jody Kalmbach said: “Customers' needs evolve constantly, and at Kroger, we're committed to meeting them with solutions that fit every moment with the understanding that what is convenient changes day-to-day. "Collaborating with Uber enables us to deliver even more convenience and flexibility, helping more families access the food they love with ease and reliability.” The service enables customers to browse full-store assortments from regional banners such as Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith's, Fry's, Harris Teeter and Mariano's.
