Kraton: Getting More Interesting Following Cariflex Sale Summary Kraton is making an interesting divestment, selling one of its most interesting businesses at a reasonable price. The company is addressing its leverage position with this deal, while preserving pretty much all of its earnings power. While the pro-forma earnings multiple looks very compelling, with leverage coming down, Kraton has a history of ''delivering'' on disappointments. I like the risk-reward from here given the low valuation, yet limit any long position to a medium size given the inherent risks involved. Kraton Corp.
