LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) (“Kilroy” or the “Company”) today announced leadership changes on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and within its committees, including the appointment of Gary Stevenson as Chair of the Board, Edward Brennan, PhD, as Chair of the Audit Committee, and Jolie Hunt as Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee.
