NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company” or “KREF”) (NYSE: KREF) announced today that the place of the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) has been changed. As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time. In light of public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Stockholders will not be able to physically attend the Annual Meeting, and no directors or members of management will be physically in attendance.
