operating partnership, Kite Realty Group, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership”), priced an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2034 (the “Notes”) in an underwritten public offering. The Notes will be issued at 98.670% of par value with a yield to maturity of 5.673%. Interest on the Notes is payable semi-annually on March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning on September 1, 2024. The offering is expected to close on January 17, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Operating Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets LLC, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
