FAIRFIELD, N.J., April 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kearny Financial Corp. (NASDAQ GS: KRNY) (the “Company”), the holding company of Kearny Bank (the “Bank”), reported net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 of $10.1 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, compared to $9.4 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable on May 20, 2026, to stockholders of record as of May 6, 2026. Craig L.
