FORT WORTH, Texas, March 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP (NYSE: KRP) ("Kimbell"), a leading owner of oil and natural gas mineral and royalty interests in over 133,000 gross wells across 28 states, today announced that the Board of Directors of Kimbell's General Partner (the "Board") authorized the initiation of a repurchase program for up to $100 million of Kimbell's common units.The repurchase program is authorized to extend through December 31, 2027. Kimbell intends to purchase common units under the repurchase program opportunistically with cash on hand, free cash flow from operations or permitted borrowings under its revolving credit facility. This repurchase program may be suspended from time to time, modified, extended or discontinued by the Board at any time. Purchases under the repurchase program may be made from time to time in the open market in compliance with Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or in privately negotiated
