(“Kura Sushi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: KRUS), a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant concept, today announced financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended November 30, 2025. Fiscal First Quarter 2026 Highlights Total sales were $73.5 million, compared to $64.5 million in the first quarter of 2025; Comparable restaurant sales decreased 2.5% for the first quarter of 2026 as compared to the first quarter of 2025; Operating loss was $3.7 million, compared to an operating loss of $1.5 million in the first quarter of 2025; Net loss was $3.1 million, or $(0.25) per diluted share, compared to net loss of $1.0 million, or $(0.08) per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025; Adjusted net loss* was $2.8 million, or $(0.23) per diluted share, compared to an adjusted net loss* of $1.0 million or $(0.08) per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025; Restaurant-level operating profit* was $11.1 m
