Q1 2026 is now expected to be the lowest quarter this year for revenue and adjusted EBITDA. This was driven by the late-2025 federal shutdown. I see longer term upside tied to defense spending and program ramps, including potential Valkyrie benefit from a proposed FY27 U.S. defense budget increase. I am cautiously bullish on this stock, as I think the upside is limited to H2 this year. I own the stock, and I may buy any opportunistic dips until the back half of the year.
