NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- K2 Capital Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") today announced the closing of its upsized initial public offering of 13,800,000 units at $10.00 per unit, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 1,800,000 units, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-fifth (1/5) of one Class A ordinary share at the closing of the Company’s initial business combination. The units began to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") under the ticker symbol "KTWOU" on January 29, 2026, and the Class A ordinary shares and rights were listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "KTWO" and "KTWOR," respectively. D. Boral Capital (“D. Boral”), is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Loeb & Loeb LLP is serving as legal advisor to the Company.
