(TSX: LAC) (NYSE: LAC) (“Lithium Americas” or the “Company”) announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K, which includes the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and provided an update on its Thacker Pass lithium project in Humboldt County, Nevada (“Thacker Pass” or the “Project”).Jonathan Evans, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lithium Americas said, “2025 marked a transformative year for Thacker Pass.
