NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ladder Capital Corp (NYSE: LADR) (“we,” “our,” “Ladder,” or the “Company”) today announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the three months ended March 31, 2026, GAAP income before taxes was $3.2 million, or $0.02 of diluted earnings per share (“EPS”), and distributable earnings was $28.0 million, or $0.22 of distributable EPS.“Ladder had a strong start to 2026, growing our loan portfolio and further strengthening our financing structure and liquidity profile. During the first quarter, we produced our highest quarterly loan origination volume in four years, as we continue to see attractive opportunities.
