Lanvin Group's Austrian luxury brand Wolford has named Marco Pozzo as chief executive officer and chairman, effective March 1. Pozzo joined as deputy CEO in July 2025, alongside a 25-million-euro capital increase to strengthen the balance sheet and support the company's strategic reset. Pozzo previously held executive roles at prestige brands like Ermenegildo Zegna , serving as managing director of Zegna Mexico and COO for Greater China and, later, as global retail operations director at Zegna's headquarters in Milan, focusing on expansion and omnichannel strategies.
