CAMAS, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--nLIGHT, Inc. (Nasdaq: LASR), a leading provider of high-power lasers for mission-critical directed energy, optical sensing, and advanced manufacturing applications, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,977,273 shares of common stock pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement at a price to the public of $44.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $175 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. In connection with the offering, nLIGHT has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 596,590 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. nLIGHT intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.
