NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) announced today that in light of the public health impact of the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be changed to a virtual-only meeting for the health and safety of our stakeholders and employees. As previously announced, our Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 4:30pm Eastern Daylight Time.The meeting will be webcast and can be accessed by shareholders at http://www.meetingcenter.io/219633717. To login to the virtual meeting, shareholders will be required to provide a control number and password.
