RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LandStar, Inc. (OTCPK: LDSR) (“LandStar” or the “Company”), the parent company of Data443™ Risk Mitigation, Inc. (“Data443”), a leading data security and privacy company, announced today the completion of the audit of its Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2016 & 2017. An independent auditor (which is a PCAOB registered accounting firm) completed two consecutive years of the audits of the Company's financial statements within the guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The results will be filed without delay with OTC Markets as an amendment to the Company’s previously filed financials for its year ending December 31, 2017.
