HSINCHU, Taiwan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SemiLEDs Corporation (NASDAQ: LEDS), “SemiLEDs” or the “Company,” a developer and manufacturer of LED chips and LED components, today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year, ended August 31, 2025.Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $13.2 million, compared to $17.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. GAAP net loss attributable to SemiLEDs stockholders for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $1.2 million, or $(0.15) per diluted share, compared to a net income of $223 thousand, or $0.03 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.GAAP gross margin for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased to 2%, compared to 5% for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Operating margin for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased to negative 7%, compared with negative 0.4% for the third quarter of fiscal 2025.
