Centrus Energy (NYSE:LEU) and Oklo Inc. are in discussions to form a joint venture focused on deconversion services for high assay low enriched uranium, or HALEU. The proposed venture would be based at Centrus' Piketon site and aims to create an integrated hub for enrichment and deconversion in the U.S. nuclear fuel supply chain.
