O'Neill will also take a seat on the company's board of directors and will be based in Vancouver, Canada. She will replace the current interim leadership structure led by Meghan Frank and André Maestrini. The pair will remain interim co-CEO until O'Neill takes up the post, after which they are set to return to their previous senior management positions. Frank and Maestrini are expected to work alongside O'Neill and the wider leadership team after the appointment to support day-to-day operations and the handover process. Commenting on her appointment, O'Neill said: “As I step into the CEO role in September, my job will be to build on that foundation – to accelerate product breakthroughs, deepen the brand's cultural relevance, and unlock growth in markets around the world.
