(Nasdaq: LFS) (the "Company" or "Leifras"), a sports and social business company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement, announced that it entered into a memorandum of understanding (the "MOU") with Tachibana Gakuen Educational Institution ("Tachibana Gakuen"), a high school specializing in education for students who have been absent from school, and Matsumoto Co., Ltd.
