Combined Company Expected to be Listed on the New York Stock Exchange Investor Conference Call Scheduled for Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11 am ET NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legacy Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: “LGC”) (“Legacy”), a publicly-traded Special Purpose Acquisition Company, and Blue Focus Intelligent Communications Group (“BFICG”), announced today that Legacy has entered into a definitive share exchange agreement with an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BFICG.1 BFICG is the leading publicly-listed Chinese marketing services holding company. Under the definitive agreement, Legacy will purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of a newly formed and wholly-owned subsidiary of BFICG that at closing will hold the Blue Impact group business -- a digital-first, global advertising and marketing services group (the “Blue Impact business”). Immediately following the proposed transaction, Legacy intends to change its name to Blue Impact Inc. and is expected to continue to trade
