The agreement, which Labcorp disclosed Monday, supports the use of PathAI's AISight Dx to enable digital workflows for case management, slide review, collaboration and annotation. Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp's main rival, licensed AISight Dx in 2024 in conjunction with its $100 million acquisition of PathAI's diagnostic laboratory in Memphis, Tennessee.
