semiconductor wafer substrates, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,098,492 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12.25 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering to the Company are expected to be approximately $87 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,064,773 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts (the "Overallotment Option"). If the Overallotment Option is fully exercised, the Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $100 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
