WARSAW, Ind., Jan. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lakeland Financial Corporation (Nasdaq Global Select/LKFN), parent company of Lake City Bank, today reported record quarterly net income of $29.9 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025, which represents an increase of $5.7 million, or 24%, compared to net income of $24.2 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024. Diluted earnings per share were $1.16 for the fourth quarter of 2025 and increased $0.22, or 23%, compared to $0.94 for the fourth quarter of 2024. On a linked quarter basis, net income increased $3.5 million, or 13%, from $26.4 million. Diluted earnings per share increased $0.13, or 13%, from $1.03 on a linked quarter basis. The company further reported net income of $103.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, versus $93.5 million for 2024, an increase of $9.9 million, or 11%.
