CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LSC Communications, Inc. (OTCQX: LKSD) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter of 2019.Financial Highlights:Net sales of $778 million compared to $939 million in the fourth quarter of 2018Organic net sales decrease of 14.1% from the fourth quarter of 2018GAAP net loss of $169 million, or $5.02 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $16 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2018Non-GAAP net loss of $34 million, or $1.03 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $4 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2018Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $1 million, or 0.1% of net sales, compared to $56 million, or 6.0% of net sales, in the fourth quarter of 2018Cash balance of $105 million as of December 31, 2019; sufficient liquidity to continue to fund ongoing operationsCompany evaluating opportunities to reduce debt with support from lenders under its credit agreement through a Waiver and Forbea
