HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE: LNG) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.555 per common share, an increase of over 10% from the prior quarter, payable on November 18, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2025.About CheniereCheniere Energy, Inc. is the leading producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) in the United States, reliably providing a clean, secure, and affordable solution to the growing global need for natural gas.
