For 2026 the company guided to 51–53 million tons of production with consolidated EBITDA of $6.75–7.25 billion and DCF of $4.35–4.85 billion , noting higher contracted volumes but materially lower spot margins and a one-time $300 million tax-credit benefit; long-term contracts cover ~ 46–47 million tons leaving less than 1 million tons of open capacity, and Cheniere signed a new SPA with CPC Taiwan for up to 1.2 Mtpa through 2050. Growth and capital plans advanced: Corpus Christi Stage 3 is ~ complete with first LNG from Train 5, Phase One expansions at Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi would add ~ capacity, and the board boosted buyback authority to enable over $10 billion of repurchases through 2030 after repurchasing ~ $2.7 billion in 2025 while targeting ~ 10% annual dividend growth and a run-rate DCF per share near by decade end.
