GREAT NECK, N.Y., March 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. (Nasdaq: LOAN) (the “Company”) announced today that net income for the year ended December 31, 2025 was approximately $5,111,000, or $0.45 per share (based on approximately 11.4 million weighted-average outstanding common shares), versus approximately $5,591,000, or $0.49 per share (based on approximately 11.4 million weighted-average outstanding common shares) for the year ended December 31, 2024, a decrease of approximately $480,000, or 8.6%. This decrease was primarily due to lower interest income, partially offset by lower interest expense. Total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2025, was approximately $8,666,000, compared to approximately $9,689,000 for the year ended December 31, 2024, a decrease of $1,023,000, or 10.6%. The decrease in revenue was primarily attributable to lower interest income, resulting from a period-over-period decrease in loans receivable, and lower origination fee
