WILMINGTON, N.C., April 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Live Oak Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: LOB) (“Live Oak” or “the Company”) today reported a first quarter 2020 net loss of $7.6 million, or $(0.19) per diluted share, compared to net earnings of $2.4 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2019. The first quarter of 2020 was largely impacted by risks and uncertainties related to the developing COVID-19 pandemic. “The first quarter of 2020 will always be remembered as an unprecedented time in world history.
