WILMINGTON, N.C., April 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Live Oak Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE: LOB) (“Live Oak” or “the Company”) today reported first quarter of 2026 net income attributable to common shareholders of $27.9 million, or $0.60 per diluted common share. Live Oak’s performance in the quarter, compared to the fourth quarter of 2025 and first quarter of 2025, includes these notable items: Strong loan production of $1.37 billion accompanied by strong deposit growth of $146.4 million in the first quarter of 2026, with total assets growing by 1.1% and 12.5% to $15.30 billion compared to the fourth quarter of 2025 and first quarter of 2025, respectivelyNet interest income decreased 3.0% and increased 18.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2025 and first quarter of 2025, respectively.
