(NYSE: LOB) (“Live Oak” or “the Company”) today reported fourth quarter of 2025 net income attributable to common shareholders of $44.1 million, or $0.95 per diluted share. Net income attributable to common shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2025, totaled $102.8 million, or $2.23 per diluted share.
