NEW YORK March 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) ("LivePerson" the "Company", "we" or "us"), a leading provider of predictable conversational AI, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. LivePerson Logo (PRNewsfoto/LivePerson, Inc.) Fourth Quarter Highlights Total revenue was $59.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, a decrease of 19% as compared to the same period last year, driven by customer cancellations and downsells. LivePerson signed 40 deals in total for the fourth quarter, consisting of 36 existing and 4 new customers. Trailing-twelve-months average revenue per enterprise and mid-market customer (ARPC) increased 8.8% for the fourth quarter to $680,000, up from approximately $625,000 for the comparable prior-year period.
