Celebration, FL, Dec. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- La Rosa Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: LRHC) (“La Rosa” or the “Company”), a real estate and PropTech company, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Mr. Nicholas Adler as a member of the Board, effective December 29, 2025. Upon his appointment, Mr. Adler was also named Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Additionally, on December 29, 2025, Mr. Siamack Alavi notified the Board of his resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Alavi also stepped down from his roles as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
