Margins and guidance: gross margin fell 380 bps to 36.8% due mainly to platform investment (expected to moderate into FY2027), adjusted EBITDA rose 1.8% to $171.3M, free cash flow was strong at $202.4M, and management narrowed full-year guidance to revenue $2.49–2.52B, adjusted operating income $490–500M, capex $75–80M, and an effective tax rate of 24–25%.
