NEW YORK, March 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LifeSci Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: LSACU), a blank check company targeting the biopharma, medical technology, digital health and healthcare services sectors, today announced the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of units partially exercised their over-allotment option, resulting in the issuance of an additional 563,767 units. The units are listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and began trading under the symbol “LSACU” on March 6, 2020. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one redeemable warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one-half of one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share. Once the shares of common stock and warrants begin separate trading, they are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “LSAC,” and “LSACW,” respectively.
