There are a number of potential catalysts out there that could trigger a reversal in the stock, which includes another earnings report. AI has been key to LSCC, which is still experiencing the after-effects of a downturn, but there is reason to question whether AI will continue to deliver. The risk the stock could head lower in the short term is there, which is why I am neutral on LSCC with a hold rating.
