(“Wesana”). Lucy has agreed to acquire intellectual property and related assets for Wesana’s psilocybin and cannabidiol (CBD) combination investigational therapy, SANA-013, and Wesana’s supply of psilocybin which is sufficient to complete all near-term clinical studies.
