hardware, software and integration—and says it now has net cash, quarterly cash generation and recurring non-GAAP profitability while targeting aerospace/defense, critical infrastructure and core networking. The company expects drone revenue of roughly $8–$12 million this fiscal year (up from near zero) and projects the business will “probably double” next fiscal year, driven by engagements with more than 15 drone vendors and product ASP tiers of about $300–$800 depending on configuration. Software and services revenue has risen from ~5% to ~7–8% of sales with a 24-month goal of 10–12%, supported by deployments (50,000 units shipped for site monitoring), new silicon and ecosystem partners (MediaTek, Qualcomm, Teledyne, Vodafone) and an M&A focus on drones and ARR-oriented infrastructure opportunities.
