CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Legacy Lithium Corp. (the “ Company ” or “ Legacy ”) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering with the issuance of 10,150,000 units (each, a “ Unit ”) of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $507,500 (the “ Offering ”). Each Unit consists of one (1) common share (“ Share ”) in the capital of the Company and one (1) Share purchase warrant (“ Warrant ”), whereby each Warrant shall be exercisable by the Warrant holder to acquire one (1) additional share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 36 months from the closing of the Offering (the “ Closing Date ”). The Company intends to use the proceeds raised from the Offering for general working capital purposes. All securities issued and issuable in connection with the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring June 26, 2026, being the date that is four months and one day from the date of issuance in accord
