Nagel views underlying growth dynamics still intact and improved innovation and marketing should bolster sales expansion. The stock remains Oppenheimer's larger cap pick within athleisure and sporting goods retail and the firm maintains its Outperform rating at the firm. But Nagel no longer views Lululemon as a top pick in its broader Consumer Growth & eCommerce coverage, owing to greater near-term risks and uncertainty. And with the stock 30% off its December high, Nagel cut his price target by 17% to $445 based on a lower multiple range of 27-29x (from 32-34x) applied to lowered FY25 estimated EPS of $15.90. “We tend to look upon the current valuation of LULU as discounted, but not totally washed out. We continue to recommend LULU and stick with the name as a favorite larger cap pick within athleisure and sporting goods retail due to our views of underlying growth and expansion potential for the brand as still relatively strong within the categories,” Nagel said in Friday's re
